We have worked in many large data base centres and on many occasions for them.

As can be verified by our supplied references, we provide high quality knowledge of what is required within these premises as well as helping with the smooth operation by assisting the project management of the delivery process.  Our 6 tonne Pantech's are purpose built for server racks and tall IPS units.  These have air ride suspension to satisfy the requirements of the data centre industry.

Warehouse to on-site position project management if required.

In these cases, we would complete a site inspection, meet with the relevant parties on-site, make an assessment of the buildings and plan the best and most efficient delivery process.

We have purpose built equipment for lifting Crac and UPS equipment

These jacks can lift 4000 kgs 600mm in the air, if required, to place equipment on plinths.  

Our vehicles carry an array of tools

These tools allow us to manage the majority of situations met on-site, such as door removal and crate removal.  We have purpose built pinch bars on each truck that can bear the weight of 3000 kgs and are used in the main for fine tuning the final position. 

We have hydraulic lifters for battery loading of racks

These make the load a safer operation as well as faster and more streamlined.  We have in the past loaded up to 450 x 70 kgs batteries on to their racks in one day using 6 men, however times can vary depending on the access of particular sites.

SFS can supply qualified electrical technicians if required.
